Stephen Hinson, MHA, BA, BSN, RN

Hi, I’m Stephen, founder of StevEsthetics. I'm a registered nurse and aesthetics provider with a background in both clinical care and healthcare leadership. 

 

Before starting StevEsthetics, I built a career across healthcare, working in critical care, consulting, and administration.

 

I earned my undergraduate degree from Baylor University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Cornell University, where I focused on care delivery, system design, and healthcare innovation.

Over time, I felt drawn back to direct patient care and earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UTHealth Houston, Cizik School of Nursing, the #1 ranked nursing program in Texas. I later worked in the critical care, where I strengthened my clinical skills, precision, and focus on safe, evidence-based care.

My interest in medical aesthetics grew from the connection between science and artistry. I trained with experienced providers and stay current with the latest evidence-based techniques and products. My approach emphasizes anatomy, safety, and subtle enhancement, always aiming for balance and natural results.

Outside of nursing, I am also a painter, which sharpens my attention to proportion, detail, and symmetry—the same principles I bring to every treatment. Whether behind the canvas or during treatments, I value refinement, confidence, and clean results.
